Training, training, and more training, seems like a boring and repetitive situation, but without it it’s impossible to achieve success. GYM AND STRENGH TRAINING
Skaters need to have flexibility training for their warm-up and cooling-down activities. Being active in other sports can benefit ice skaters and can provide crossover skills and self-confidence that will augment their figure skating training by developing their general fitness and health. Before engaging in any program of physical training activities, make sure that a doctor certifies that you are physically fit to reduce the possibility of any adverse effects.
Eating a balanced diet every day should give you all the nutrients you need to maintain good health. A diet that provides all the essential nutrients in sufficient quantity and in the correct proportions to promote good health. You need to include fruit, vegetables, starchy foods, dairy and limit your intake of foods and drinks high in fat, salt or sugar. .
