HARD WORK PAYS OFF
The expression “Medals are won in training, tournaments is where I pick them up!” is the most correct one. Very few athletes train little and obtain excellent results. Of course there are lucky days, but those who train more and better are much closer to achieving success. Then it depends on the moment, some say it is luck, but luck must be sought and it takes a lot of work to find it, believe me!
